At the former site of the John B. Kelly house, we built a 7 story building with 115 units. Completed Summer 2023.

Located near the Old Greek Town TRAX station, with a mix of 150 studios and 1-bedroom units. Completed Winter 2022.

GREENPRINT North Temple is located near the Jackson/Euclid TRAX station and has 113 units. Completed Spring 2022.

Located in SLC's historic Fairpark district, this project has 150 apartments with a varied mix of unit sizes. Construction was completed Summer 2021.

Two buildings with 68 units, GREENPRINT 9th Station is in the happening Granary District, near the Trax 9th station stop. Construction was completed in May 2021.
